授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | | Based on the findings from the survey carried out during Overseas Training Program 1, the students should independently make a topic and carry out experiments or surveys as necessary. Further on, the students are expected to make a comprehensive systematization of the obtained results, aiming to find the solutions based on their expertise. As this activity will be done in groups, it should foster development of teamwork and leadership as well as development of skills related to planning, comprehension, practical work and fieldwork. This course is in cooperation with Overseas Training Program 2. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | 海外実地研修1で実施した調査で発掘・整理された課題に基づき、自主的にテーマを設定し、必要に応じて調査や実験を実施する。これらから得られた結果を包括的に体系化し、より専門知に裏打ちされた解決法を導くことを目指す。これらをグループで実践することを通し、企画力、俯瞰力、実践力、現場力、チームワーク力、リーダーシップを培う。
本研修は、ウェルビーイング海外実地研修２と連動している。 |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 研修チームは、海外実地研修1と同様に、国籍及び専門に多様性を持たせた編成とする。研修期間は10日程度を目処とする。
海外実地研修2実施前の事前研修では、テーマの設定とそれに必要な綿密な情報収集を行う。事後研修では結果の解析ととりまとめを行う。これらは、担当教員の指導を受けつつ受講生が主体的に行うこととする。さらに、成果報告書を提出する。
また必要に応じて、履修生が全員参加する講義、研修内容のすり合わせ、報告会等を実施する。

Similar to Overseas Training Program 1, fieldwork teams will generally consist diverse in members’ nationalities and fields of study. Fieldwork is scheduled to last for about 10 days. Topics will be established in advance, as well as gathering of related necessary information. Analysis of the results of Overseas Training Program 2 and concluding remarks should be made afterwards. The students should do the work independently, under the guidance of their supervising professors. In addition, the students are expected to submit reports on their activities and obtained results. Details of the course will be given later. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 毎回の授業における討論への取り組み（50%）およびレポート試験（50%）により評価する。
授業内容を正しく理解し、課題に対して適切に論じられることを合格の基準とする。
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following:
class attendance and attitude in class (50%), short reports (50%), and a fraction of in-class contribution. |
