Goals of the Course [ENG] | | The purpose of this course is to get interest about some problems of higher education as well as highly level of specialized knowledges.
The purpose of this course is to provide graduate students and others who intend to become teachers in higher education institutions with the basic knowledge and skills to become teachers. |

Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | この授業が終了したときに、受講者のみなさんが以下のような知識や能力を身につけることを目標にします。
・大学の成り立ちや大学教員の職務について理解する
・大学という組織で働くために必要な知識、スキルを身につける
・授業で得た知識、スキルをもとに、自身の今後の学修やキャリア設計を進めることができる
・多様な考え方や経験で培った事例を尊重し、共に教え学びあう雰囲気に貢献する。 |

1. to understand the process of establishing universities and the roles of professors.
