Goals of the Course [JPN]
少人数のセミナーの形式で，大学で学び研究するための最も基本的なスキル（コモン・ベーシック）としての読み（文献調査，考察，検討），書き（まとめ，報告書作成），話す（討論，発表）を中心とした多面的な知的トレーニングを行います。さらに「知の探究のプロセス」と「学問の面白さ」を学び，自立的学習能力を身につけることを目的としています。教員の研究分野に応じて多様なテーマが用意されています。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
This course is conducted in the form of a seminar with small groups. We will provide multifaceted intellectual training focused on reading (literature research, consideration, examination), writing (summary, report writing), and speaking (discussion, presentation) as the most basic skills (common basic) for learning and studying at university. Through this,our goal is to learn the "process of knowledge exploration" and "the fun of learning" and to acquire the independent learning ability. A wide various of themes are prepared according to the research field of the instructors.

科学者の卵として必須となる能力の基礎を養う。インターネットや図書館での文献調査方法に始まり、考察，検討する能力、調べたことや考察をまとめ，説得力のあるプレゼンおよび討論を行う能力を獲得する。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
This course is designed to develop the basic skills that are essential for the egg of a scientist. Beginning with how to research literature on the Internet and in the library, students will acquire the ability to consider and examine, to summarize their research and considerations, and to make persuasive presentations and discussions.

なお、東洋医学に関する予備知識は不要です。プレゼン内容は肯定的、批判的、どちらも歓迎です。

The main purpose of this lecture is to enhance your ability to research and present your own ideas on issues.　
Please keep this in mind.
No prior knowledge of Oriental medicine is required. Both positive and critical presentations are welcome.
