The course aims to help students acquire skills for making effective presentations on various occasions such as academic conferences and business meetings. |

Message from the Instructor | | 課外学習の説明資料は、アカデミック・イングリッシュ支援室のサイト ( http://elearn.ilas.nagoya-u.ac.jp/access/ ) からダウンロードすること。
All students need playing cards (Trump cards) for each and every class. These cards are absolutely essential to the successful progression of the course. If students forget their books, they can share with others. This is impossible with playing cards, every student needs 52 cards for each and every class. These cards activities are exciting, but extremely challenging. Extremely challenging. Jones has a minor in Speech Communication so understands how to help students overcome fear of speaking and it's really quite simple given proper instruction, observation and analysis/feedback. |
