Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | The main purpose of this course is for students to learn how to present and interact with people at an international academic confernece. Students will learn how to design properaly structured PowerPoint slides and handouts. |

Objectives of the Course [JPN] | | | 履修者はデジタル時代における研究発表の方法を練習する。研究発表のための３つのスキルを特に強化する。１）研究発表の構成、２）発表における音声資料の使用、３）発表における視覚資料の使用。 |

Objectives of the Course [ENG] | | | Students will gain expereince presenting to students in class. Students will learn the fundamentals of presentation design through class lectures. Students will also practice appropriate conversations for conferences and answer questions during Q&A sessions with a focus on how to strategically answer challenging questions from the audience. |

Study Load (Self-directed Learning Outside Course Hours) | | Prestudy: Students are required to read the assigned reading as a preparation before each lesson. C.lass participation will be reflected in your grade.
Review: It is strongly recommended to go over exercises and readings after each lecture. The period of class is limited, review the practice in the textbooks outside of the class.Organize your thoughts using your notebook after each lecture. Students need to submit Weekly homework at the beginning of each class.
Task: Students must have your own opinion.. Students must do your assignment such as, essay, report and production outside of the class hours. |
