Goals of the Course [JPN] | | | 名古屋帝国大学の創立から８３年，前身学校から数えれば１５１年におよぶ名古屋大学の歴史を，沿革，教育，研究，学生生活，人物など様々な面から知ってもらうことを第一の目的とします。それらを通じて、これから長く学ぶ場所となる名古屋大学への理解を深め，その学生としてのアイデンティティを自分なりに形成する一助とします。また，名古屋大学の歴史を通じて，明治維新後の高等教育史や名古屋を中心とする地域の歴史を学ぶこともねらいとします。 |

Goals of the Course [ENG] | | | Nagoya University has a history of 83 years since the founding of Nagoya Imperial University and a history of 151 years since the establishment of its predecessor school. The primary objective of this class is to learn about the history of Nagoya University from various aspects, including its development, education, research, student life, and persons. Through this, we will help you to deepen your understanding of Nagoya University, where you will study for a long time, and help you to form your identity as the student there. Through the history of Nagoya University, you will be able to learn about the history of higher education in Japan and the history of the region centered on Nagoya. |
