電磁気学は，現代科学技術における重要な基礎分野の一つです。本講義では，時間とともに変化することのない静的な電磁場（電磁界）を主に取りあげます。遠隔作用の法則（クーロンの法則やビオ•サバールの法則）と近接作用の法則（ガウスの法則やアンペールの法則）との関係について解説するとともに，静電ポテンシャル，電気力線などの物理的概念や，ベクトル解析などの数学的手法を説明します。このことによって，電磁気学の基本概念と手法について理解を深めるとともに，理工系分野を学ぶ基礎学力を養うことを目指します。この科目は，電磁気学を直接必要としない分野の学生にとっても自然科学を学ぶための重要な基礎となります。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
Electromagnetism is one of the most important fundamental fields in modern science and technology. In this lecture, we will mainly focus on static electromagnetic fields that do not change with time. The relationship between action at a distance (Coulomb's law and Biot-Savart law) and the principle of locality (Gauss's law and Ampere's law) will be explained, as well as physical concepts such as electrostatic potential and lines of electric force, and mathematical methods such as vector analysis. This course aims to deepen students' understanding of the basic concepts and methods of electromagnetism, and to develop basic academic skills for studying science and engineering fields. This course provides an important foundation for the study of natural science even for students in fields that do not directly require electromagnetism.

委細は最初の講義で説明する。

電気電子情報工学科以外の学生向けの基礎的な電磁気学である。

高校で習う電磁気が苦手だった方にも極めてわかりやすいオンデマンド講義を併設するので、
理解できない箇所は繰り返し講義映像を見て理解されたい。
また、自ら鉛筆と紙で問題を解くことを怠ってはならない。
実務経験のある教員等による授業科目（大学等における修学の支援に関する法律施行規則に基づくもの）
