本授業科目は，自然科学系分野の学問体系を認識するとともに，自主的判断能力を培うことが目的である。
本講義では，現代科学技術における重要な基礎分野の一つである電磁気学を学び、その基本概念と手法について理解を深めるとともに，電磁気学とその概念を利用した理工学分野を学ぶための基礎学力を養う。本講義では，真空中や誘電体および導体をふくむ空間に，電荷が分布していて時間的に変化しない静的な電場について学ぶ。

Goals of the Course [ENG]
The purpose of this course is to recognize the academic system in the natural science field and to cultivate the ability to make independent decisions.
In this lecture, students will learn electromagnetics, which is one of the important basic fields in modern science and technology, deepen their understanding of the basic concepts and methods, and cultivate basic academic ability to learn the field of science and engineering using electromagnetism and its concepts. In this lecture, we will learn about static electric field in vacuum, in a space containing dielectrics and conductors, where charge is distributed and does not change in time.

電磁気学は，科学技術の根底をなす重要な基礎学問をなしている。最先端のエレクトロニクスを話題に取り上げながら，電磁気学の習得が将来どのように役に立つのかを関連付けて講義を行うことで，基礎学力を高めるとともに視野を広げられる，活力ある講義となるように心がけたい。
Electromagnetism is an important basic discipline that underlies science and technology. While taking up cutting-edge electronics as a topic, I would like to make it a lecture with vitality, which enhances the basic academic ability and broadens the field of view by making lectures on how acquisition of electromagnetism will be useful in the future.
