Objectives of the Course [JPN]
本講義では、現代科学技術において重要な基礎分野の一つである電磁気学を学び、その基本概念と手法について理解を深め、これらを応用する理工系分野を学ぶための基礎学力を養う。マックスウェル方程式を基礎とする電磁気学の骨組みと、その物理的意味を理解できるようになることを目指す。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
In this lecture, students will study electromagnetics, one of the important basic fields in modern science and technology, deepen their understanding of basic concepts and methods, and develop basic academic skills to learn science and engineering fields that apply these. We aim to be able to understand the framework of electromagnetics based on Maxwell's equations and its physical meaning.

ベクトル解析に親しめないという理由で電磁気学が敬遠されることのないように、物理的意味を理解できるよう平易な説明を行います。重要な基礎学問ですので、しっかりと身につけてほしいと思います。
