本授業科目は，人文・社会科学系分野の諸現象について，それらの諸現象を学際的，総合的に分析，把握する能力を育むとともに，他の学問分野との関連性について理解することが目的である。

Objectives of the Course [JPN]
本講義では、環境問題を法的な視座から捉え、その解決において法はどのように用いられており、いかなる役割を果たしている（果たしうる）かにつき考察する。これにより、〈法的なものの見方・考え方〉とその特徴とを相対的に理解するとともに、法学の基礎的な素養を獲得することを目標とする。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
This course will provide a basic understanding of the legal protection of the environment.
We will examine what environmental problems are, what characterizes them, and how the law works or can work to better solve them.
