本授業科目は，人文・社会科学系分野の諸現象について，それらの諸現象を学際的，総合的に分析，把握する能力を育むとともに，他の学問分野との関連性について理解することが目的である。

The purpose of this lecture is to develop an ability to analyze various phenomena in the fields of humanities and social sciences in an interdisciplinary and comprehensive manner.

Objectives of the Course [JPN]
環境問題自体は自然科学的な現象であるが，原因は人間の社会経済活動にあり，環境と社会経済との関係について理解を深めることは重要である．環境保全と社会経済活動のバランスをどのようにとっていくべきか理解し，具体的な環境政策について検討する際に必要な基礎を身につけることが本授業の目的である。

Objectives of the Course [ENG]
Although environmental problems are the issues examined by natural sciences, they are often resulted from human socio-economic activities. Therefore, it is important to study the relationship between them. The purpose of this lecture is to understand how to balance environmental conservation and socio-economic activities and to acquire the basics when considering actual environmental policies.
