授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course [JPN] | | 新製品を開発する、社会改革をする、新たなビジネスを立ち上げる、業種転換するなど、社会の中には、「プロジェクト」を基本として運営・実施されていることがあふれています。また、大規模事業を推進する場合や、新規の事業を興す場合には「異分野との協働」は不可欠です。そのため、一人ではなく、様々な背景・専門・立場の人たちとともに、「一つの目標の達成」に向けて協力しなければなりません。
「プロジェクトマネジメント」とは、「限られた時間・資源の中で効率よく目標を達成する方法」であり、これは日々の学生生活や研究だけでなく、実社会すべてで役立つ手法です。プロジェクトの成否は、各個人の活動及び社会に大きな影響を与えます。社会に出る前にプロジェクトマネジメントを身近に感じる体験学習することは、非常に有意義です。本授業では、社会的な課題を発見して、実際の解決のための「プロジェクト」を企画し、成果を上げるための基礎的な考え方・手順・技能を協働作業によって体験的に学びます。
それらを通じて、専門分野を問わず、豊かな人間性を育み、「企画立案能力」「実践能力」「組織マネジメント能力」「問題解決能力」「コミュニケ—ション能力」等を兼ね備えた「総合的判断能力」を涵養することを目指します。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course [ENG] | | Society is full of things that are managed and implemented on a "project" basis, such as developing new products, social reform, launching new businesses, and changing industries. In addition, "collaboration with different fields" is essential when promoting large-scale projects or starting new businesses. Therefore, we need to work together with people of various backgrounds, specialties, and positions to "achieve a single goal.
Project management" is "a method of efficiently achieving a goal within a limited amount of time and resources," and it is a method that is useful not only in daily student life and research, but also in the real world. The success or failure of a project has a great impact on each individual's activities and on society. It is very meaningful to experience and learn about project management before going out into the world. In this class, students will discover social issues, plan "projects" for actual solutions, and learn the basic concepts, procedures, and skills for achieving results through collaborative work.
Through these experiences, we aim to nurture a rich humanity, regardless of the field of specialization, and to cultivate "comprehensive judgment skills" that combine "planning skills," "practical skills," "organizational management skills," "problem-solving skills," and "communication skills. |

・異なる専門をもつ仲間と協働することによって、自分自身の立場・役割について考察することができる。
