授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
本講義は、比較教育学の概論を学び、諸外国・地域の教育に関する諸問題に対する関心を高め、問題解決に資する体系的な知識と技能を習得することを目的としてる。比較教育学の概論的な科目として、比較教育学の理論や方法について学ぶとともに、比較教育学の視点から諸外国の教育に係る事象を考察する。具体的には、欧米やアジアにおける学校教育や教育行政制度、教育の国際化、教育スタッフの多様性、グローバル時代の教育課題などを取り上げる。諸外国・地域の教育の特徴を把握し、これを鏡として日本の教育の現状や課題を検討する。

Goals of the Course
In this lecture, we study about the theories and the methods of comparative education, and consider education phenomenon in other countries or regions from the viewpoint of comparative education. Specifically, we take up the school education and educational administrative systems in the Western or Asian countries, internationalization of education, diversity of educational staff, problems in the global era, etc. We try to understand the characteristics of education in other countries or regions, and examine the current problems in Japanese education.

比較教育学の見方・考え方を用いた論理的で批判的な思考力を身に付ける。比較教育学の理論や方法を理解するとともに、多様な視点から教育現象を考察し、それぞれの国や地域、日本の教育の特徴や課題及びその背景を把握する。

リアクションペーパー（30％）、講義中の態度（10％）、筆記試験（60％）。100点満点で60点以上を合格とする。
