Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 行政法１および２の講義を受講していることを前提にして、様々な行政領域において、行政法の基本原理や基本制度がどのように多様に展開しているのかを学ぶ。「行政領域」とは警察や土地などの主要な行政領域のことであるが、行政法１および２では詳しく述べることができない行政組織法、公務員法および行政情報法も含まれる。 |

Goals of the Course | | | Based on the Administrative Law Ⅰ and Ⅱ study, attendants will learn how the principles and systems of administrative law are developed in various administrative areas. “Administrative areas” refers to major administrative areas such as police and land, but also includes administrative organization law, civil servant law and information law which cannot be described in detail in Administrative Law Ⅰ and Ⅱ. |

Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class) | | 遠隔授業はNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
