授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 法と政治に関係する，さまざまな形態で社会的に流通する情報を効率的かつ的確に利用するための技術的なノウハウを学び，情報リテラシーをみにつける。さらにこれらを活用して発信情報を効果的に伝達するためのプレゼンテーションや論文・レポートの構成・作法についても学ぶ。講義と実習を組み合わせて授業を行う。 |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | | 文献・官庁資料・法令・判決例・報道などの法と政治に関係する情報についての基本的リテラシーを身につける。セキュリティにも配慮しつつ、集めた情報を的確に整理し、共有するためのＩＴスキルを身につける。統計リテラシーの初歩を学び，各種調査データを批判的に検討できるようになる。試験答案作成、発表資料作成、レポート作成といったアウトプットにかかる情報アウトプットスキルを身につける。 |

Objectives of the Course | | | Students will acquire basic literacy about information related to law and politics such as articles, government documents, laws, judgments, and news reports. Students will acquire IT skills to accurately organize and share the collected information, while giving consideration to security. Students will learn the basics of statistical literacy and will be able to critically examine various survey data. Students will acquire information output skills related to outputs such as test answer creation, presentation material creation, and report creation. |

Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | | 履修要件は要さない。本科目の受講後あるいは同時に法情報学II・法情報学IIIを受講することでさらに進んだ内容を学習することができる。 |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | 毎回授業で出される実習課題（20%）、数回実施する小テスト（20%）、グループ別オンラインディスカッションへの参加状況（40％）、期末試験に代わる最終課題（20%）をもって評価し、全体で60％以上の得点をもって合格とする。実習やオンラインディスカッションを通じて考えることが中心であるので授業に出席をして、毎週課題を提出し、ディスカッションに積極的に参加しないと単位取得はできない。 |

注意事項
Notice for Students | | | 状況に応じ「リアルタイムZOOMミーテイングとオンディマンド動画との併用」あるいは「リアルタイムZOOMミーティングと対面授業の併用」で実施する。授業計画は受講生の理解程度を考慮し，進度や内容の調整を行うことがある。LMSやオンラインツールを最大限活用したペーパーレス授業である（紙の配布・提出等は一切ない）。対面授業であっても毎回LMSやオンラインツールへのアクセスが必要となるためアクセス機器（スマートフォンでも可）を持参すること。 |

Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class) | | 遠隔授業はNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
