授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
本科目は、知的財産法に関する大学院レベルの研究能力を身に付けることを目指す。具体的には、各大学院生が研究で取り組んでいるテーマを踏まえて選択する、知的財産法分野の基礎的又は応用的論点に関する学術文献を読み、知的財産法の先端的な学説動向を理解するとともに、併せて、学術論文の読解力、批判的分析力、自己の主張の説得的な表現力等を磨く。

Goals of the Course
This course aims at letting participating students obtain research ability at the level of graduate programs. Specifically, students will read and analyze academic works related to their research topics in order to understand the situation of advanced research in this area, as well as to improve their abilities for understanding academic papers, critical analysis, and expressing their arguments in a persuasive way.

知的財産法の基礎理論に関係する日本語と英語の文献を読み、議論を行うことを予定している。英語で研究を行っている大学院生の参加を予定しているため、議論は英語を用いることがある。ただし、英語が不得意な者にも、ある程度配慮する。具体的内容については、参加者の希望を聞いたうえで確定する。
1　オリエンテーション
* 演習の進め方につき説明し、今後の分担を決める。 参加希望者は、教員に連絡すること（ msuzuki@law.nagoya-u.ac.jp ）。

2　2回目以降のテーマは参加学生と相談して決定する。
概ね、著作権法５回、特許法４回、商標法３回、その他2回程度の配分で、各回のテーマを割り振る予定。

英語の読解力を有すること。

成績評価の方法と基準

報告の内容、討議への貢献度に応じて評価する。
知財法に関する基礎的知識及び法的議論（文章による論述方法を含む。）の能力を修得したことを合格の要件とする。

The courses are held as hybrid classes employing both face-to-face and remote teaching methods basically. If a course will be held by remote teaching methods only, please follow the instructor's directions. 遠隔授業（オンデマンド型）で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class)
遠隔授業は基本的にはNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
Remote classes are conducted via NUCT basically. Questions to instructors should be asked using the NUCT "Message" function.
