授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
受講生の興味関心にそくして受講生自らが中国の裁判例（現代漢語で記されたもの）を選択し、それを日本語に翻訳するとともに、いわゆる判例評釈の形式で検討していただきます。

Goals of the Course
Participating students are required to choose the relevant Chinese court judgments (written in contemporary Chinese characters) in conformity with their personal preferences and translate them into Japanese. These judgements will be used as materials for discussions and commentary reviews.

講義概要にある内容を実施できる現代漢語（中国語）および日本語の能力を備えていることを要件とします。
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
平常点（出席が前提、報告50％、レポート50％）にて評価します。
辞書を引きながらでもテキスト（専門書や論文）の内容を把握できる中国語の読解能力を習得していること、および中国法の基本的概念や用語を理解できていることを合格の基準とします。

The courses are held as hybrid classes employing both face-to-face and remote teaching methods basically. If a course will be held by remote teaching methods only, please follow the instructor's directions. 遠隔授業（オンデマンド型）で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class)
遠隔授業は基本的にはNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
Remote classes are conducted via NUCT basically. Questions to instructors should be asked using the NUCT "Message" function.
Student discussions will be conducted using the NUCT "Message" function. (If the instructor has added the "Forum" function, the "Forum" can also be used.)
