大腸菌を中心とした細菌と酵母や哺乳類などの真核生物の遺伝子研究で得られた遺伝学と、分子生物学の基礎について講義する。基礎遺伝学IIでは、ワトソンの教科書「遺伝子の分子生物学（第7版）」の第10～17章の範囲を網羅的・体系的に学ぶ。The aim of this course is to understand the genomics and molecular biology, especially systemically learn Chapters 10-17 of Molecular Biology of the Gene.
