脂質、糖など生体高分子の化学構造と性質、それらによって構成される生体膜の構造など、生化学の最も基本的な課題について理解を深める。

The aim of this course is to understand the most fundamental problems in biochemistry, such as the chemical structure and properties of biological macromolecules such as lipids and sugars, and the structure of biological membranes composed of them.

この授業では、脂質、糖など生体高分子の化学構造と性質、それらによって構成される生体膜の構造など、生化学の最も基本的な課題について理解し、説明できることを目標とする。

The goal of this class is to understand and explain the most basic issues in biochemistry, including the chemical structure and properties of biopolymers such as lipids, and the structure of biological membranes composed of them.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
主な講義内容は、ヴォート基礎生化学の内容に沿って、生命の化学、単糖と多糖、脂質と生体膜などの章を解説する。

１・２回　第一章　生命の化学
３・４回　第八章　単糖と多糖
５・６回　第九章　脂質と生体膜
７回　　　期末試験
履修条件
Course Prerequisites
基礎生化学IとIIは連続した内容なので、必ず両方とも履修すること。
This course will be taught in Japanese.

成績評価の方法と基準

授業内容を正しく理解していることが合格の基準である。成績は、期末試験が80％、授業での質疑応答が20％の割合で評価する。
