Goals of the Course(JPN)

生物の生命活動の基本単位である細胞について学ぶ。細胞という空間の中で、遺伝学および生化学で学ぶ種々の生命分子が、どのようにして細胞固有の活動を営んでいくのかといった基礎概念を、主に真核生物の知見を通して理解することがねらいである。ここではとくに細胞周期・細胞分裂・生殖・信号伝達・細胞死等についての基本概念を学習する。

The aim of this course is to understand the basic cell biology.

この授業では受講者が授業終了時に以下の知識を身に着けていることを目標とする。
１．細胞周期・細胞死・細胞分裂のしくみを理解できるようになり、関与する分子やその動態の知識を身につける。
２．いくつかの代表的な細胞の情報伝達の例を理解し、関与する分子やその多様性の知識を身につける。

Objectives of the Course

The goals of this course are 1) to be able to understand the mechanisms of cell cycle, cell death and cell division and to acquire basic knowledge of the participating molecules and their dynamics, 2) to be able to understand the examples of some typical signal transductions in cells and to acquire basic knowledge of the participating molecules and their diversity.
