Goals of the Course(JPN)

本講義は、植物の分化全能性・分化多能性と細胞分化の制御機構に焦点を当てる。植物細胞は１つの細胞から個体の全てを再生する分化全能性を持つことが知られており、また、植物個体の発生・形態形成の過程では多種多様な細胞を生み出す分化多能性を持つ様々な幹細胞群が働いている。これら分化全能性・分化多能性を持つ細胞の性質について理解し、また、各種の幹細胞から分化組織が生まれる制御機構を学ぶことも目的とする。

Goals of the Course

It is important and required to obtain abilities of searching, organizing, and understanding scientific information. In this lecture, students are expected to learn how to organize and understand the knowledge from scientific papers and public information and then to explain it to others. In addition, students will deepen their understanding through discussions by asking and answering questions among themselves.

The goal of this lecture is to understand the characteristics and properties of various types of stem cells and to be able to discuss the physiological significance of these mechanisms.
