Goals of the Course(JPN)

基礎的実習をふまえ、現代生物学の先端研究を行う上での基礎となるような実験法を体験する。教科書等では簡単に記述してある実験手法が、多くの時間と労力、工夫と注意力、試行錯誤を必要とすることを主体的な経験を通して実感する。また、実験で得られたデータを、自らの頭で考察し、理解する訓練を行う。

Goals of the Course

In this course, students will learn the experimental methods necessary to conduct cutting-edge research in biology. By conducting their own experiments, students will learn that the experimental methods described in textbooks and protocol books have been established by many researchers through ingenuity, trial and error, and a great deal of time and effort. Furthermore, they will develop the ability to think about and interpret the data obtained from the experiments by themselves.

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan

必要に応じて、各研究室に行き、自由なテーマで実習を行う。「生物科学実験法及び実験Ⅹ」は、他の「生物科学実験」、「生物科学実験法及び実験」とあわせて授業を行う。

履修条件
Course Prerequisites

「生物科学実験I」を履修済みであること。
