Goals of the Course(JPN)
医療や保健の日常業務は多種多様な法令や規則に規制されており、臨床検査技師にとっても、法令の正しい知識や理解は不可欠です。本授業では臨床検査技師という国家資格に関する基本法を学び、さらに衛生行政の機能と役割、医療保障制度の基礎など、医療職に関わりの深い制度についても理解を深めることを目的とします。

Goals of the Course
Because routine works performed in clinical or preventive settings are regulated by a wide variety of laws or ordinances, it is essential for medical technologists to learn and understand such regulations. The aim of this course is to help students learn fundamental laws that define the national license of a medical technologist, and deepen the understanding of the function and structure of the public health administration or basic medical service institution, in which medical professionals are deeply involved.

この授業の終了時に、学生は以下の能力を身につけていることを目標とします。

1. 臨床検査技師の法令上の業務の内容について説明できる。
2. 衛生検査所の法令上の業務の範囲について説明できる。
3. 保健所や衛生研究所などの行政機関の役割について説明できる。
4. 医療保険や介護保険の仕組みについて説明できる。

本授業は以下の内容で構成されます。

　2.関係法規：（２）臨床検査技師等に関する法律
　3.関係法規：（３）医事法規
　4.関係法規：（４）薬事法規
　5.関係法規：（５）保健衛生法規
　6.関係法規：（６）予防衛生法規
　7.関係法規：（７）環境衛生法規
　8.関係法規：（８）労働衛生法規
　9.関係法規：（９）社会保障・福祉関連法規
10.医学概論：医学の歴史的変遷、検査技師の歴史、医療従事者の倫理、将来の展望
11.衛生行政：多職種連携とチーム医療

毎回の授業終了前に課題を与え、提出を求めます。
履修条件・関連する科目

「公衆衛生学」の単位を習得していることを前提とします。
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
毎回の授業の提出課題を20％、期末試験の成績を80％として評価します。
