Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 整形外科疾患の治療は主に保存的治療と手術治療に分けられるが、運動器のリハビリテーションにおいて治療法を理解することは重要である。本講義では加齢に基づく脊椎変性疾患を中心に学ぶ。さらに脊髄損傷、末梢神経損傷や骨粗鬆症及び運動器の感染症やリウマチなどの炎症性疾患についても学ぶ。 |

Goals of the Course | | | The treatment of orthopedic diseases is mainly divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment, and it is important to understand the treatment methods in the rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system. In this lecture, we will focus on the pathophysiology of age-related spinal degeneration. In addition, spinal injury, peripheral nerve injuries, osteoporosis, and inflammatory diseases such as musculoskeletal infections and rheumatism will be discussed. |

Objectives of the Course | | The goal is to be able to do the following at the end of the class.
(1) To understand the treatment of orthopedic diseases.
(2) To understand age-related degenerative diseases of the spine.
(3) To understand spinal cord injury, peripheral nerve injury, osteoporosis, and inflammatory diseases such as musculoskeletal infections and rheumatism. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 出席点（30％）と期末試験（70％）で総合的に評価を行う。
試験は断片的知識ではなく，総合的かつ系統的理解をしたうえでの知識が要求される。 |
