授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 中枢神経および末梢神経の障害部位と症状の対応について理解することを目指す。授業では、リハビリテーションに重要な点を中心に神経機能の理解の上にその障害による諸症状の出現様式を講義する。
目標
①リハビリテーションの対象となる症状についての神経科学的理解を深め、理論的な介入への基礎的知識を得る。
②基本的な神経機能解剖の知識から、神経症状の病理に関する洞察力を養う。
③神経障害や症状の科学的理解に基づいて疾患や患者に接する専門職の倫理観をもつ基礎的知見を養う。 |

Goals of the Course | | This course will be conducted to understand the relationship between central and peripheral nerve functions and symptoms. This lecture also provides various symptoms due to the disability based on the understanding of neurological functions, focusing on the important points for rehabilitation.
1) To understand neurological symptoms and basic mechanisms of neurological function and dysfunction,
2) To understand pathology of neurological symptoms based on the anatomical and physiological knowledge,
3) To develop basic knowledge with professional ethics that treats diseases and patients based on a scientific understanding of neuropathy and symptoms. |

1）末梢および中枢神経系の機能解剖を理解し、説明できる。
2）神経系について解剖学および生理学的知識に基づいた機能障害と症状の説明ができる
3）神経系について解剖学および生理学的知識に基づいた病態の説明ができる
これらはリハビリテーション領域の臨床や研究において必須の知識です。 |

1) Participants understand and explain the functional anatomy of the peripheral and central nervous systems.
2) Participants explain dysfunction and symptoms based on anatomy and physiological knowledge about the nervous system
3) Participants explain pathological conditions based on anatomy and physiological knowledge about the nervous system
These are essential knowledge in clinical and research in the rehabilitation area. |

5.大脳基底核

■授業の一部はデジタル配信を行い、実習・予習・復習を効率よく行うようにします。 |

履修条件・関連する科目
Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | 人体の疾患を理解する上では基礎科目「生理学」および「解剖学」の履修が求められる。
※「生理学」あるいは「解剖学」の履修が受講の条件ではない。 |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 成績評価は、２回の試験の成績（100点満点）を単純平均した総合点で行う。
総合点の60点以上を合格とする。
毎回の試験結果は即日に提示し、学習成果をフィードバックする。 |

Textbook | | 授業では教科書は用いない。
担当教員の作成したデジタル資料を含む学習資料が提供される。 |

Reference Book | | 受講者の自習用のまとまったテキストとして本科目内容と対応する参考書は下記である。

本授業と関連は無いものの、国家試験受験のための復習や再学習に対応した資料であり、反復した自己学習を求める。 |

授業の進め方
How to proceed with the class | | 単元に沿って神経疾患についてデジタル資料とともに解説していく。
同時に自己学習を進め、3-4単元ごとの試験で到達度を確認していく。 |

注意事項
Notice for Students | | 学習内容は多くの神経機能に及ぶため、量的にも短時間の学習は困難である。
日常的、継続的な学習に努めてほしい。 |
