Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | | 1.健康問題や障がいをもつ子どもや家族の体験、その理解やうけとめの特徴と、基本的な看護を理解する。 2.健康問題や入院生活、病と共に生きる生活が子どもに及ぼす影響を理解し、苦痛の緩和、安全・安楽の保持、発達など、子どもの権利を保障することを基本とする看護を説明できる。 3.子どもの健康問題や入院生活、地域における療養生活が家族に及ぼす影響を理解し、病状や発達段階、家族の特性に応じた家族全体への看護を説明できる。 4.様々な病期や治療に応じた子どもの特徴を理解し、必要な看護を説明できる。5．病院や家庭、地域等の場に応じて、健康問題や障がいとともに生きる子どもと家族のニーズをとらえた看護を説明できる。 6．健康問題の有無を問わず基本的に必要とされる小児看護の技術を習得する。 |

Objectives of the Course | | At the end of the course, participants are expected to explain as follows,
1. Understand the experiences of children and families with health problems and disabilities, their understanding, the characteristics of reception, and basic nursing. 2. Understand the effects of health problems, hospitalization, and living with illness on children, and explain nursing based on guaranteeing children's rights, such as relief of pain, maintenance of safety and comfort, and development. 3. Understand the effects of children's health problems, hospitalized life, and medical treatment in the community on the family, and explain nursing to the entire family according to the medical condition, developmental stage, and characteristics of the family. 4. Understand the characteristics of children according to various stages and treatments, and be able to explain necessary nursing care. Five. Explain nursing that captures the needs of children and their families living with health problems and disabilities, depending on the location of the hospital, home, or community. 6. Acquire basic pediatric nursing skills regardless of whether or not there is a health problem. |

1. 子どもと病気・障がい 、病児にとっての遊び （浅野）
2. 出生前からの健康問題をもつ子どもと家族の看護（新家）
3. 身近な子どもの病気(Common Disease)と看護（浅野）
4. 慢性・予後不良の健康問題をもつ子どもと家族の生活と看護（新家）
5. 手術(検査・処置)を受ける子どもと家族の看護（野々山・浅野）
6. 子どもの虐待と養育期の家族のケア（浅野）
7.8. 小児看護の基本的な技術（養育と家族の支援）演習 （浅野・新家・野々山）
1) 発達のアセスメント：DENVERⅡ etc.
2) 事故防止、救急蘇生と家族への看護
1. Children and illness / disability, play for sick children
2. Nursing for children and families with prenatal health problems
3. Nursing for children and families of child with Common Diseases
4. Life and nursing of children and families with chronic and poor prognosis health problems
5. Nursing for children and their families undergoing surgery (examination / treatment)
6. Child abuse and family care during the child-rearing period
7.8. Basic skills of pediatric nursing and family support: Exercises
1) Developmental assessment of Child: DENVERⅡ etc.
2) Accident prevention, emergency resuscitation and nursing for child and their family
