障害者の職業および職業関連活動について,職業の基本的要素を学び，さらに人の職業発達と職業適性について学習することを目的とする。

Goals of the Course
The aim of this class is to help students acquire the basic elements of vocational profession and occupational activities, as well as vocational development and aptitude for people.
到達目標　【日本語】
Objectives of the Course(JPN)
授業目標は，以下の４点である。
①職業があるということの意義を考える
②障害者が職業に復帰するための支援システムを知る
③職業リハビリテーションの中で使用する作業療法評価方法を学ぶ
④障害別に職業リハの要点を学ぶ

本科目では，基本的知識を習得した後，障害別の評価および介入方法を学び，対象者支援システムの実際を学びながら，現実的な就労支援の課題に気づくことを目標とする。

Objectives of the Course
At the end of the course, participants are expected to:
① Explain the significance of having a job.
② Explain the support system for people with disabilities to return to work.
③ Understand occupational therapy evaluation methods used in vocational rehabilitation.
④ Understand the main points of vocational rehabilitation according to disability.
⑤ Deepen understanding of the contents of practice through tours of related organizations.

講義のみならず演習および実習を交えて行う。
下記の予定で行う。

1.障がい者と職業
2.職業リハビリテーションにおける作業療法の役割
3.職業に関連する諸要素とその意義
4.職業リハにおける主な評価方法
5.職業リハの実際（精神障害）
6.職業リハの実際（発達障害）
7.職業リハの実際（身体障害・認知機能障害）
8.まとめと評価

2. The role of occupational therapy in vocational rehabilitation
3. Occupational factors and their significance
4. Main evaluation methods for vocational rehabilitation
5. Practice of vocational rehabilitation (mental disorders)

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
レポート（30％），試験結果（60％）授業参加状況（質疑応答）（10％），で評価する。
総点60点以上を合格とする。

Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following:
- Short report (30%)
- Term-end examination (60%)
- Class attendance and attitude in class (10%)
