この授業では、精神障害を有する対象者に対して実施されている作業療法及びリハビリテーションの治療の構造と具体的手技について学ぶことを目的とする。

The aim of this course is to help students acquire an understanding of the fundamental principles of occupational therapy intervention and techniques in mental health area.

Objectives of the Course
At the end of the course, participants are expected to explain following topics
1. structure of occupational therapy intervention and process
2. purpose of occupational therapy and the points of attention with the stage of recovery
3. purpose of occupational therapy and the points of attention with kinds of disorders
4. theories and reasons in occupational interventions
5. goal setting based on the assessment
6. management and development of interventions
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
下記の予定で行う。（項目によっては複数回の講義にまたがる）

１．作業療法介入に構造とframe work
２．Action Over Inertiaを通して学ぶ作業療法の基本的な治療過程
３．回復過程から見た統合失調症の対象者に対する基本的視点とプロセス
４．統合失調症をはじめとするSMIに関連する治療・支援
５．回復過程から見たうつ病の対象者に対する治療の基本的視点とプロセス
６．摂食障害・人格障害・物質依存等、その他の疾患における治療・支援
７．治療プログラム立案　
各回の授業の最後に次回の授業開始前を提出期限とする予習課題を提示します。
次回授業前に予習状況を確認します。
履修条件・関連する科目

精神障害作業療法評価学の授業を履修済みであること
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
期末試験、各回の授業に対する予習課題（６点）から採点する。予習課題については授業内で提示する。
期末試験７割、予習課題３割とし、６０点以上を合格とする。
