Goals of the Course(JPN) | | ・臨床実習Ⅰの目的は、医療現場におけるチーム編成や医療と福祉のシステム連携の概要を理解すること
・また、急性期医療や回復期リハビリテーション医療、ならびに福祉施設における見学を通して、疾病発生から障害回復に至る一連の社会システムとそのなかにおける理学療法士や他の医療職の役割を理解すること |

Goals of the Course | | ・To understand a general picture of an organization of medical team and a cooperation of medical care and welfare in clinical settings
・To understand a series of social systems that cover disease onset and disability recovery and roles of physical therapist and other medical professionals through visiting acute hospital, recovery-phase rehabilitation and welfare facility |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 以下の施設にて見学実習を行う予定である。
1. 大学病院（名古屋大学医学部附属病院）
2. 老人保健施設（介護老人保健施設ちよだ）
3. 国立長寿医療研究センター（研究部）
4. 名古屋市総合リハビリテーションセンター
上記に加えて、「実習ガイダンス」、「名大病院見学後の反省会」、「実習後の振り返り」を別途学内で行う。 |
