授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | （初回開講は対面講義を予定していますが，開講時点の状況によっては名古屋大学 NUCTにより実施形態を連絡して進めることがあります．また，担当教員から各学生が登録している機構メールを通じて変更事項などの連絡をする場合があります．登録した授業科目ごとに名古屋大学 NUCTの確認と，機構メールによる配信を常時確認するようにして下さい）
身体障害系作業療法の代表的な対象疾患について，疾患の理解を深め，それに対する治療的，適応的，代償的理論を学び，評価から治療計画立案にいたるまで一貫性のある考察ができるようにする．生体力学系を中心とした作業療法理論から作業遂行能力評価について考え，解決課題の抽出およびその解決方法について学ぶ．また，病院でのリハビリテーションチームワークを理解する上で必要不可欠な基本的手法と障害者の作業遂行に結びつける事のできる準備的作業，作業の手段的利用について学び，身体障害作業療法の代表対象疾患について概要を理解する． |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | | To deepen the understanding of diseases and to learn the therapeutic, adaptive, and compensatory theories for the representative diseases of occupational therapy for physical disabilities, and to be able to consider them consistently from assessment to treatment planning. In this course, students will learn how to identify and solve problems in the assessment of work performance based on occupational therapy theories that focus on biomechanical systems. In addition, students will learn the basic methods essential for understanding rehabilitation teamwork in hospitals, preparatory work that can be connected to the work performance of people with disabilities, and the instrumental use of work, and will gain an overview of the representative target diseases of occupational therapy for physical disabilities. |

第2回 ：脊髄損傷（SCI）の基礎的理解と作業療法実践
第3回 ：中枢性疾患（CVA）の基礎的理解と作業療法実践
第4回 ：関節リウマチ・関連膠原病疾患の作業療法
第5回 ：末梢神経損傷・神経変性疾患の作業療法
第6回 ：多系統萎縮症・脊髄小脳変性症・パーキンソン病・神経筋変性疾患の作業療法
第7回 ：上肢機能障害・上肢切断の作業療法・義肢装具療法
第8回 ：まとめと討議・総括・試験 |
