授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
「内部障害理学療法」の講義で学んだ運動時の生理学的反応について、運動時のモニタリング指標の測定を行うことで理解を深める。リスク管理に基づいた離床を含めた、理学療法介入の模擬体験も含める。
各疾患に対応した臨床エビデンスやガイドラインの概要を理解し、症例検討を通して理学療法プログラムの立案を行う。
授業の目的　【英語】
Goals of the Course
To deepen the understanding of physiological response during exercise that the students learn in the lecture “Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy” through experiencing the monitoring indicators measurements. Simulated experiences of physical therapy practice including early mobilization program based on risk management of acute care.
To understand the outline of clinical evidence and treatment guidelines for each disease, and plan the physical therapy program through case studies.

病態に応じたリスク評価と介入方針の決定に必要な臨床判断ができる。
代表的な慢性疾患の重症化予防プログラムの立案と、その根拠を説明することができる。

Objectives of the Course
To be able to do risk assessment based on pathophysiology and decision making on clinical intervention.
To be able to plan secondary prevention program with clear evidence explanation for major chronic diseases.

Course Content / Plan

　　R4年度実施計画
　　　１．循環：基本的な測定手技（心肺運動負荷試験の準備を含む）
　　　２．循環：心肺運動負荷試験の実施と検討会
　　　３．循環：運動時のモニタリングとフィジカルイグザミネーション
　　　４．呼吸：呼吸機能検査とフィジカルイグゼミネーション
　　　５．ガイドライン、症例検討
　　　６．リスク管理と離床プログラムの実践
　　　７．生活習慣指導、行動変容
　　　８．症例検討、最終発表

　　　４－５については変更の可能性あり。初回で実習日程は改めて提示。
