Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 医学において動物実験の果たす役割は大きく、動物の生態や特徴を理解することは極めて重要である。
この動物実験の必要性と、科学的あるいは倫理的見地から適正な動物実験が行われるために必要な事項について概説する。
更に、実験動物として汎用されているマウス・ラットの遺伝学的統御や微生物学的統御の理論と応用について理解すると同時に、
発生工学や遺伝子操作技術についても学習する。 |
