本科目は、教育法の基礎を学び、下級生に対する基本的な指導を実際に体験することにより、将来指導的立場となった際の必要な教育の方法を学ぶことを目的とする。

The purpose of this course is to learn the basics of educational methods and　the necessary educational methods for future leadership positions by actually experiencing basic instruction for lower-level students.

本科目は、既に履修した専門科目の中で興味のある科目を選択し、下級生が履修する科目（座学・実習）に参加しながら、既履修生（上級生）として下級生の指導を体験することを基本とします。

特に実習科目での参加を推奨します。
