Goals of the Course(JPN)
学内で学んだ一般検査学・同実習Ａを基礎として，臨床の場で行う実習である．ここでは一般検査室において，実際の患者材料の分析測定を通して，検査の重要性と患者との接遇ならびに病院の検査システムについて学ぶことを目的とする．

Goals of the Course
This course deals with the practice conducted in a clinical setting regarding the contents of Laboratory Analysis I/II and Laboratory Analysis Practice A. The aim of this course is to help students acquire understanding of the importance of basic clinical laboratory tests, patient reception, and hospital clinical testing system, through the analysis of actual patient samples.

本実習では，受講者が実習終了時に，以下の技術・知識・能力を身につけていることを目標とする．
1. 臨床検体の取扱い，検査方法を理解し的確に実施できる．
2. 患者の接遇が適切に実施できる．
3. 一般検査の実施に関する病院のシステムを理解する．

Objectives of the Course
By the end of the course, students should acquire following skills, knowledge, and abilities:
1. To be able to understand the handling and examination methods of clinical samples and accurately implement them.
2. To be able to perform patient reception politely and adequately.
3. To understand the hospital clinical testing system.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
一般検査室において下記の項目について実習する（一部は大幸キャンパスで実施）．

1. 患者受け付けと接遇ならびに検査システムの把握

2. 尿検査 定性および半定量検査：比重，pH，蛋白，糖，潜血，ウロビリノーゲン，ビリルビン，ケトン体など沈査鏡検

3. 糞便検査：虫卵検査，潜血検査

4. 髄液検査：細胞数，パンディ反応，トリプトファン反応など

5. 鼻咽頭，表在組織（皮膚など），肛門部から検体を採取する行為および検査法

5. その他：１つのテーマについて実験および検討を行う

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
提出レポートの内容および実習態度(出席含む)などから, 実習に積極的・能動的に参加し, 一般検査の実施方法, 患者接遇など検査時の注意事項について正しく理解できていると判断できることを合格の基準とする．

臨床実習先の検査室のルール，検査システム，患者との接遇などの説明を受けた後，上記実習項目を中心に学ぶ．
