「東南アジア史史料演習a」で学習したことを基礎に、タイTai語タム文字写本を読む力をさらに向上させていくことが、この授業の目的である。

Goals of the Course
The aim of this course is to help students acquire the advanced skills needed to read Tai manuscripts written in Tham letters in order to examine the histories and cultures of southern Yunnan, northern Thailand, northern Laos, and the Shan State of Myanmar, which have been inhabited by Tai people.

独力でタイTai語タム文字写本を読むことができるようになることが、この授業の到達目標である。

「東南アジア史史料演習a」で学習した内容をふまえ、タム文字で書かれたタイTai語写本を読んでいく,

授業計画
第１回：タム文字で書かれたタイTai語の読み方の復習
第２回～第１４回：タム文字で書かれたタイTai語写本の読解
第１５回：まとめ

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
定期試験１００パーセントで評価する。タイTai語タム文字写本を独力で読める力が身についているかどうかを基準として評価する。60点以上を合格とする。
