Study Load(Self-directed Learning Outside Course Hours)
All students are expected to come to class with weekly readings done. For every class, you will write a critical response (300-500 words) to a required reading, in which you will (i) summarize the core argument of the text; and (ii) write your commentaries and questions regarding this text. You must submit your response paper to a reading in the class in which the reading will be discussed.
