授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 本研究は、「教育経営システムの構造変容に関する総合的研究：社会総掛かりでの教育の実現に向けて」（2020-23年度基盤研究(B)）及び「人口減少社会における新たな高等学校像―地方創生の基盤としての人材育成―」（2020-22年度挑戦的研究（萌芽））の2つの研究プロジェクトを進めるにあたり必要となる基礎的な学習を行うことを目的としている。前者は、「社会総掛かりでの教育の実現」が求められる今日、政策形成・実施過程、学校経営実態、学校教育の原理・歴史、教育領域と福祉領域の人材育成システムを分析することにより、教育経営システムの構造がどのように変容しつつあるのかについて明らかにすることを目的としており、後者は、人口減少社会における新たな高等学校像を提示することを目的としている。
本年度春学期は、昨年度春学期に引き続き、教育経営学の学問的アイデンティティの問題も含めて、研究方法論を検討する。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | The purpose of this course is to provide basic learning necessary for advancing 2 Research Projects, 1. 2020-23 Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research(B)：Comprehensive research on structural transformation of educational management system, and 2. 2020-22 Grant-in-Aid for Challenging Research (Exploratory)： A new image of high school in a society with a decreasing population. The former aims to clarify how the structure of the education management system is changing in today's world where " Society as a whole is involved in education" is required, and the latter aims to present a new image of high school in a population reduction society.
In the spring semester of this year, continuing from the spring semester of last year, we will consider research methodologies, including the issue of academic identity in educational management. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 評価の方法：授業への参加状況（50％）と各自の報告内容（50％）を総合的に評価する。
評価の基準：総点60点以上を合格とする。
GPAの運用にあたっては「教育学部における『履修取り下げ』制度の運用ルール」に従う。 |
