授業の目的　【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
この授業では、専門職と高等教育の関係について学びます。授業の内容は、１）日本の専門職教育の特徴と多様性についての基礎知識と、２）大学を職場とする専門職の特徴と課題についての基礎知識を学んだうえで、３）最後に、自分の関心のある専門職について、職業としての課題を探り、まとめて発表する、といった流れになります。

Goals of the Course
The goal of this class is to learn about the relationship between professions and higher education. The content of the class is as follows: 1) basic knowledge about the characteristics and diversity of professional education in Japan, 2) basic knowledge about the characteristics and problems of professionals who work at universities, and 3) Finally, a presentation based on case study about on a profession of your interest.

※「事例研究レポートの発表」では、各自の関心のある専門職への事例研究を通じて、それぞれの職種が抱えている課題について、まとめた成果を発表します。授業の何回分を発表に充てるかは、受講者の人数に応じて調整します。

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
100点満点で、「授業での議論への参加」50点、「事例研究レポートの作成・発表」50点で配分し、合計で60点以上を合格とします。
