授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 本授業では、海外の社会保障法制度に関する英語文献を講読することを通じて、外国語文献を講読・分析する能力を高めるとともに、比較法研究を行う能力を身につけることを目的とする。
毎回、担当者が文献の内容を報告し、それに基づいて受講者全員で議論・検討を行う。報告者のみならず、受講者全員が資料を通読し、議論に参加することが求められる。 |

Goals of the Course | | The aim of the course is to strengthen ability of reading and analyzing English materials, and obtain ability of comparative legal study.
In this course, students read English books and articles which deal with foreign social security systems. Every week, one student makes oral presentation on a reading material and then all the participants discuss about it.
This course will be taught in Japanese. Students need to make oral presentation and discussion in Japanese. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 第1回 イントロダクション
・講読する資料について参加者と相談のうえ決定する。
・1学期間の具体的な講義計画も、初回に参加者と相談のうえ決定する。
第2回～第15回 文献講読
・担当部分の和訳を作成し、授業時にその内容を発表する。
・担当部分以外についても文献を通読し、内容について参加者との検討・議論を行う。
・文献の内容を理解するうえで前提となる当該国の社会保障の法制度についても、自主的に学ぶことが求められる。 |

履修条件・関連する科目
Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | 春学期に社会保障法研究Aを受講済みであることが望ましい。
Students are expected to participate also in " Comparative Study on Social Security Law A " in the Spring semester. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 授業への貢献度（報告内容、議論への参加度、議論の正確さ）により評価する。
英語の学術論文を正確に読解できること、日本と外国の社会保障の法制度の相違を論理的に説明できること、以上の能力を養うための授業に積極的・能動的に参画することをもって、合格の基準とする。
Your overall grade in the class will be calculated by your in-class contribution (100%). |

The courses are held as hybrid classes employing both face-to-face and remote teaching methods basically. If a course will be held by remote teaching methods only, please follow the instructor's directions. 遠隔授業（オンデマンド型）で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class) | | 遠隔授業は基本的にはNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
Remote classes are conducted via NUCT basically. Questions to instructors should be asked using the NUCT "Message" function.
Student discussions will be conducted using the NUCT "Message" function. (If the instructor has added the "Forum" function, the "Forum" can also be used.)
