Goals of the Course | | | This course deals with the Japanese local tax system, especially Residence Tax based on National (Individual and Corporation) Income Tax. It also enhances the development of students’ skill in making oral presentation based on tax procedural cases and literatures. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 【第1回】テーマ：授業に関するガイダンス
授業内容：本授業を履修する上でのガイダンス、テキストなどについて説明を行う。講義形式で行う場合には、レジュメを配布する。
授業時間外の学修活動：なし
【第2回以降】テーマ：文献講読・研究報告等
授業内容：文献購読ないし研究報告を行う。講読時の報告及び研究報告は受講者が担当し、教員がコメントを行う。講義形式であれば、事前にレジュメを配布する。
授業時間外の学修活動：自身が担当する講読部分ないし研究報告部分について、プレゼン準備をすること。他の参加者については、参考文献を事前に熟読しておくこと。 |

Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | | 学部レベルの租税法の知識と日商簿記2級以上の知識を有していることが望ましいが、必ずしも履修条件とはしない。 |

Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | 受講態度（報告とそれに対する質疑応答）による。報告と発言の主体はあくまで受講者自身である。積極的に授業運営に参加しなければ、授業参加は認められない。 |

遠隔授業（オンデマンド型）で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class) | | 仮に遠隔授業を行う場合にはNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
