Goals of the Course(JPN)
本講義では、東アジアにおける近代的な政治アイデンティティの形成を取り扱う。アイデンティティ形成において決定的な意味を持つ重要他者（significant other）の存在とそれへの対応を通じた日中韓のアイデンティティの近代的な変容を考察する。

Goals of the Course
This lecture deals with the formation of modern political identity in East Asia. In this lecture, the existence and effect of significant other　who have a decisive meaning in identity formation will be researched to clear the process of the modern transformation of political identity in Japan, China, and Korea.

１．グローバル化の時代において、国内政治を含めた政治一般における他者の決定的な重要性を理解する。

２．近代東アジアにおける他者と自己アイデンティティの密接、かつ、複雑な関係の歴史を理解する。

３．アイデンティティに関する認識に基づいて、東アジア政治の過去・現在・未来への理解を深める。

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
授業は、毎回、テキストを決めて、討論を行うことで進められる。まず、重要他者などをめぐる理論的な考察を行う。その後、受講者の言語能力・興味などを考慮して、テキストを選定する。岡倉天心、福沢諭吉、梁啓超、梁漱溟、朴殷植、尹致昊などのテキストが対象となると思われる。

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
平常点による（100％）。毎回の講義でにおける報告や討論において、テーマに対する理解と批判のレベルを確認し、成績評価の材料とする。それぞれのコースの論文執筆に使える程度の理解・批判になっているかを合格の基準とする。

The courses are held as hybrid classes employing both face-to-face and remote teaching methods basically. Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class)
遠隔授業は基本的にはNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
Remote classes are conducted via NUCT basically. Questions to instructors should be asked using the NUCT "Message" function.
