授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 法政実習Ⅰ・Ⅱは、「インターンシップ」に関わる密接に関連した内容を持つ科目である。本講義（「特殊講義（法政実習Ⅰ）」）は、そのうち、事前学習に関する部分を扱う。具体的には、インターンシップを行うにあたって必要となる基礎的な知識の習得と、実際の実習先となる分野の内容についての学修を行うことで、就業体験の事前準備をするとともに、現代社会への関心を高めることを目的としている。 |

Goals of the Course | | | This course deals with the pre-learning part of internship.. In particular, the course covers the acquisition of some basic knowledge necessary to carry out an internship, as well as the content of some fields in which the internship will be actually taken place. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 本授業は、以下の内容によって構成される。
１．守秘義務・個人情報保護法の学修
インターンシップの実習を行う際に遵守すべき諸事項について、法的側面から学修する。
２．実習現場での行動規範の学修
インターンシップの現場で求められる行動の仕方について、いわゆる「ビジネス・マナー」も含めて学修する。
３．各分野の実態についての学修
インターンシップの実習先となる各分野の内容について、学修する。 |

履修条件・関連する科目
Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | ① 本授業は、「特殊講義（法政実習Ⅱ）」と併せて履修すること。
② 法律事務所でのインターンシップを希望する場合は、「民事訴訟法」、「刑事訴訟法」、「特殊講義（法曹実務）」を必ず履修しなければならない。
③ 企業（法務部門）及び司法書士事務所でのインターンシップを希望する場合は、「民法Ⅰ（総論）」を必ず履修しなければならない。
④本講義および「特殊講義（法政実習Ⅱ）は、一学期の履修単位数の上限（24単位。いわゆる「キャップ制」）の対象外である。 |

Notice for Students | | ・法政実習Ⅰ・Ⅱは、他の講義科目とは履修手続等に違いがある。具体的な履修手続は、3月以降に教務課からメール等で案内する「募集要項」に記載されるため、案内に注意すること。
・実習への派遣について、必ずしも希望に添えない場合がある。詳しくは、授業において説明する。 |

The courses are held as hybrid classes employing both face-to-face and remote teaching methods basically. If a course will be held by remote teaching methods only, please follow the instructor's directions. 遠隔授業（オンデマンド型）で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class) | | 遠隔授業は基本的にはNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
Remote classes are conducted via NUCT basically. Questions to instructors should be asked using the NUCT "Message" function.
Student discussions will be conducted using the NUCT "Message" function. (If the instructor has added the "Forum" function, the "Forum" can also be used.)
Follow your instructor's directions if your instructor has any other directions. |
