応用法政コース、国際法政コースの学生の研究課題について、各指導教員が個別的に研究指導(チュートリアル)を行う。具体的な進め方は、各指導教員と相談のうえ、その指示に従うこと。

Each student is expected to submit a mid-term thesis progress report.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
1) Submission study plan. 学修計画書を作成し、提出する。

2) Submission a master thesis writing plan 修士論文執筆計画書を作成し、提出する。

A master’s thesis writing plan should include a thesis theme, the problem concerned and the issues at hand, the direction of research, the basic structure and the schedule for writing it. It should come to around 3,600 characters in the case of Japanese or 1,800 words in the case of English.

修士論文執筆計画書は、論文のテーマ、問題関心、研究方法、論文の基本的な構成および執筆スケジュールを含む。日本語の場合は3600字、英語の場合は1800字を目安とする。

3) Submission a mid-term thesis progress report 中間報告書を作成し、提出する。

A mid-term thesis progress report is required to submit to the faculty office under the supervision of his/her main supervisor. This report consists of the progress so far of the thesis, the structure and basic outline of the thesis, and the topics that are still to be dealt with. It should come to around 6,000 characters in the case of Japanese or 3,000 words in the case of English.

指導教員の指導を受けた上で、中間報告書を提出する。中間報告書は論文のテーマ、基本的な構成、具体的な研究課題を含む。日本語の場合は6000字、英語の場合は3000字を目安とする。

Special Research I is compulsory for a student of the LLM (Comparative Law) Program in Law and Political Science.
特別研究Ⅰは、応用法政コース及び国際法政コースの必修科目であり、両コースにおいては、その単位修得が修了要件となっているから、注意すること。
成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria
Each student will be assessed on the basis of his/her Master's thesis. To pass, each student should conduct his/her own research actively and autonomously and submit the Master's thesis.
修士論文作成へのコミットメントの程度・仕方により評価する。修士論文作成のための活動に積極的・能動的に参画し、中間報告書を提出したことをもって、合格の基準とする。

This lecture is given in the form of individual guidance. The form of guidance (Online, etc.) is based on the Graduate School of Law guidelines. Pay attention to the announcement.

The courses are held as hybrid classes employing both face-to-face and remote teaching methods basically. If a course will be held by remote teaching methods only, please follow the instructor's directions. List of lecture rooms for face-to-face methods will be posted in the "News" of the homepage of the Graduate School of Law.

遠隔授業(オンデマンド型)で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class)
遠隔授業は基本的にはNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
(※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。)
Remote classes are conducted via NUCT basically. Questions to instructors should be asked using the NUCT "Message" function.
Student discussions will be conducted using the NUCT "Message" function. (If the instructor has added the "Forum" function, the "Forum" can also be used.)
Follow your instructor's directions if your instructor has any other directions.
