授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN)
本授業は、学生の研究課題について、各指導教員が個別的に研究指導(チュートリアル)を行うことを通じて、研究分野に関する高度の専門知識を習得するとともに、研究課題に関する論理的・応用的な考察を修士論文として執筆することを目的とする。

特別研究Ⅰの単位を修得するために、第1年次の研究指導を受ける年次の終了にあたり、中間報告書を提出しなければならない。特別研究Ⅱの単位を修得するためには、第2年次の研究指導を受け、修士論文を提出しなければならない。

特別研究Ⅰ・特別研究Ⅱは、応用法政コース及び国際法政コースの必修科目であり、両コースにおいては、その単位修得が修了要件となっているから、注意すること。
授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course
The aim of this course is to help each student to conduct his/her own research actively and autonomously under the supervision of his/her supervisor. By doing so, it is to help each to complete his/her master thesis.

To get credit of Special Research I, you are required to submit interim report at the end of the first year.
To get credit of Special Research II, you are required to submit your master thesis which is written under the supervision of Professor/Associate Professor.

These two courses are necessary to get a degree.

・You learn how to choose research topic and research plan and how to write in the academic style and to do a research.
・You submit your master thesis.
授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan
The basic elements of this course is as follows, although its detail will be specified in the accordance with the pace of his/her progress.

(1) to choose research topic.
You should choose what to read in line with your research plan. By doing so, you review your research plan, and, if necessary, revise it.

(2) academic writing.
You learn how to write your research paper.

(3) collect materials for your research.
You learn how to choose what to read, while reading basic books and papers for your research.

(4) submit master thesis.
