授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | 応用法政コース、国際法政コースの学生の研究課題について、各指導教員が個別的に研究指導（チュートリアル）を行う。具体的な進め方は、各指導教員と相談のうえ、その指示に従うこと。
特別研究Ⅰの単位を修得するために、第1年次の研究指導を受ける、年次の終了にあたり、中間報告書を提出しなければならない。特別研究Ⅱの単位を修得するためには、第2年次の研究指導を受け、修士論文を提出しなければならない。
特別研究Ⅰ・特別研究Ⅱは、応用法政コース及び国際法政コースの必修科目であり、両コースにおいては、その単位修得が修了要件となっているから、注意すること。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | Each student is expected to conduct his/her own research under the supervision of his/her supervisor.
Research guidance (tutorials) will be provided individually by each academic advisor for the research topics of students in the Applied Law and Politics Course and the International Law and Politics Course. For specific instructions on how to proceed, students should consult with their academic advisors and follow their instructions.
In order to receive credit for Special Research I, students must receive research guidance in the first year and submit an interim report at the end of the year. In order to earn credits for Special Research II, students must receive research guidance in the second year and submit a master's thesis.
Note that Special Research I and Special Research II are compulsory subjects for the Applied Law and Politics Course and the International Law and Politics Course, and the acquisition of credits for these subjects is a requirement for completion in both courses. |

Evaluation will be based on the degree and manner of commitment to the preparation of the master's thesis. The criterion for passing the examination is based on the student's active and proactive participation in the activities for the preparation of the master's thesis and the submission of the master's thesis. |

The courses are held as hybrid classes employing both face-to-face and remote teaching methods basically. If a course will be held by remote teaching methods only, please follow the instructor's directions. 遠隔授業（オンデマンド型）で行う場合の追加措置
Additional measures for remote class (on-demand class) | | 遠隔授業は基本的にはNUCTで行う。教員への質問方法、学生同士の意見交換の方法は次のとおりとする。なお、教員より別の指示がある場合は、その指示に従うこと。
・教員への質問は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
・授業に関する受講学生間の意見交換は、NUCT機能「メッセージ」により行うこと。
（※担当教員が「フォーラム」機能を追加設定した場合は「フォーラム」も利用可。）
Remote classes are conducted via NUCT basically. Questions to instructors should be asked using the NUCT "Message" function.
Student discussions will be conducted using the NUCT "Message" function. (If the instructor has added the "Forum" function, the "Forum" can also be used.)
