授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | ゲノム，DNA配列，タンパク質の配列や立体構造，相互作用などに関する生命情報データベース，配列比較法，構造予測法，遺伝子発現データの利用法など
について書かれた英語文献もしくは教科書を輪読する。
受講者の研究や希望を考えて対象文献を年ごとに決定するが，一般的な教科書の冒頭に書かれている概論的な導入部や，進化系統樹の作成法に関するレビューなどを想定している。

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | 担当箇所について学習した成果の発表（日本語訳）や，疑問点について議論し，理解を深めていく態度を評価する。
合計１００点満点で６０点以上を合格とする。 | | Evaluate the ones who show aculeate translation and understand the contents. Give unit if they mark more than 60 points. |
