授業の目的 【日本語】
Goals of the Course(JPN) | | | 制度は公的な要素，非公式な要素が複雑に絡み合いながら成り立つ。それは，制度自体の問題なのか，運用（者）の問題なのか，それとも他の何に影響されるのか。ただ，私たちが触れる情報がそうした諸要素がフィルターとなり流通することは誰も否定できない事実であろう。そこで，本講義では，メディアと制度に関する基本的知識，政治社会の諸制度，幾重にも絡むアクターの特性の理解を目的とする。その上で，現代社会における情報に関する見えるルールと見えざるルール，世論を多元的に意識できるセンスを磨くことを，このクラスの目標とする。 |

授業の目的 【英語】
Goals of the Course | | | The system consists of a complex mixture of formal and informal factors. Is it a matter of the system itself, the operation or the impact of other factors? However, it is undeniable fact that the information we watch is distributed through a filter consisting of such elements. The purpose of this course is to understand the basic knowledges of media and systems, the various systems of political society, and the characteristics of actors involved in multiple processes. Plus, the goal of this class is to improve the sense of multifactorial awareness of visible and invisible rules of information in modern society. |

Objectives of the Course(JPN) | | | 日常におけるニュース・リソース，ニュースバリューとして不可避な内容や情報フローを考慮して講義を展開する。一方的な講義にならぬよう，受講者の考え（方）を聞く場面を設けながら，ハードおよびソフト情報の意味や社会情報における公式・非公式な制度の存在を理解し，そのあり方を検討する。 |

Objectives of the Course | | | Lectures will be delivered in consideration for unavoidable contents and information flow as daily news resource and news value.This class is interactive. Participants are invited to offer their ideas while the meaning of hard and soft information, existence of formal and informal systems in social information, and their ideal ways are explored. |

成績評価の方法と基準
Course Evaluation Method and Criteria | | | 講義末までに提示する課題の評価50％，講義内に課すショート・レポート30％，講義内の発言や参加度合20％で評価し，合計100点満点で60点以上を合格とする。 | | 30% from the shorter reports compose tasks during the lectures, 50% from the longer report at the end of the term, 20% from the contributions for the classes. A total of 60 points or more out of a total of 100 points shall be considered successful. |
