Course Content / Plan | | | タンパク質の論理的改変や治療薬を含む他の分子との相互作用のデザインには、バイオインフォマティクス・データサイエンスの計算生命科学の手法が必須になりつつあります。この講義ではいくつかの実践例を示しながらこれらの研究手法を解説します。This course illustrates the application of data science approach and bioinfomatics methodology for rational design of protein and drug discovery through the control of ligand-protein interactions. |
