Goals of the Course(JPN)

生命農学研究科における研究には実験や観察が不可欠であるが、それは生命倫理に反したものや自然環境に悪影響を及ぼすものであってはならない。また、それが国際的・社会的なルールに反したものであってもいけない。本講義では、研究者が実験室・屋外での実験や野外調査において遵守するべき事項について十分に理解することを目的とする。また、大学院での研究活動と関連の深い労働法、ハラスメント、キャリアパスについても理解を深める。

授業の目的　【英語】
Goals of the Course

Experiments and observations are essential for research in the Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences, but they must not violate bioethics or have a negative impact on the natural environment. Also, they should not be against bioethics or harmful to the natural environment, nor should they be against international or social rules. The purpose of this lecture is to provide what researchers should comply with in their experiments and field studies. Students will also deepen their understanding of labor laws, harassment, and career paths, which are closely related to their research activities in graduate school.

本講義により、研究倫理、遺伝子組換え実験にかかる法規制、動物実験倫理、知的財産、安全保障輸出管理、労働法、ハラスメント、キャリアパスについて十分に理解し、研究活動において実践できるようになることを目標とする。

到達目標【英語】
Objectives of the Course

The goal of this lecture is to understand research ethics, regulation of the experiments using living modified organisms, animal experiment ethics, intellectual property, security export control, labor laws, harassment, and career paths, so that students will put them into practice in their research activities.
