Goals of the Course | | | Based on the knowledge and experience acquired in undergraduate education in the natural sciences, social sciences, and various training programs in the agricultural field, students will observe and research agriculture and related industries in countries with natural, cultural, and social backgrounds different from those of Japan, analyze problems in the agricultural field and the environment surrounding agriculture, and explore how to apply their academic knowledge to agriculture. |

授業の内容や構成
Course Content / Plan | | 本研修は，受講生の希望に基づいて，以下の研修受入機関のいずれかにおいて，農業生産現場におけるフィールドワーク，農業研究現場における研修，語学研修／研究室研修、農業関連企業の訪問などを計画する。日程は2週間〜4週間程度を目安とする。なお，履修に係る費用（渡航費，現地滞在費など）は原則全額自己負担とする。
1．カセサート大学（タイ）
2．西オーストラリア大学（オーストラリア）
3．国際イネ研究所、フィリピン大学ロスバニョス校（フィリピン）
4．ノースカロライナ州立大学（アメリカ合衆国）
上記以外の国・受入機関における研修プログラム等への参加についても，本研修の目的，到達目標を満たすプログラムであることが担当教員による協議により認められれば，本研修の単位として認定する場合もある。
本研修の詳細については，年度当初に開催するガイダンスにて説明する。なお，本研修の受講には，「海外研修演習1」の履修を履修条件とする。
Based on the students' requests, this training program will include fieldwork at agricultural production sites, training at agricultural research sites, language training/laboratory training, and visits to agricultural-related companies at one of the host institutions listed below. The program is expected to last from 2 to 4 weeks. In principle, all expenses related to the course (travel, accommodation, etc.) are to be borne by the students.

3. International Rice Research Institute, University of the Philippines Los Baños (Philippines)
North Carolina State University (United States)
Participation in training programs in countries and host institutions other than those listed above may also be approved as credits for this training program if the program is approved by the faculty member in charge of the program as meeting the objectives and achievement goals of this training program.
Details of this training program will be explained at the guidance held at the beginning of the academic year. The "Advanced Oversea Seminar 1" is a prerequisite for this training program. |

Course Prerequisites and Related Courses | | 「海外研修演習1」として開講する4回程度の事前研修および1回の事後研修（成果報告会）の履修を条件とする。
The pre-training course and the post-training course (wrap-up session), which are offered as "Advanced Oversea Seminar 1," must be completed. |
